Classic Jazz for 7/26/2009 Sacramento-based Gypsy jazz trio Jazz Gitan stopped by Capital Public Radio's studios recently for an appearance on Insight with Jeffrey Callison. They performed "Minor Swing" and "Blue Drag" from the Django Reinhardt songbook. Tonight on Classic Jazz and Swing, we'll present that Insight interview and performance at 10 p.m. We'll also showcase other Gypsy jazz groups such as Pearl Django and the Hot Club of San Francisco.
